"Generally speaking, when a work has succeeded, I feel that something important is happening even before I can identify why. Communication comes before understanding. My works are more like contemplations than declarations, suggestions rather than claims. Perhaps I could say that I transfer my doubts to my works, and I have given my doubt a physical form."
