Welcome to join artist Jukka Rusanen and curator Ritva Röminger-Czako for a discussion around the themes of Rusanen's exhibition Luonnos and the artist's working processes.

 "It’s true that a painting can’t be totally controlled, since it guides itself. That can sometimes be arduous, too. I work very impulsively. I ask the work what it wants, and then it leads me forwards. Depending on the work, the painting process can take a couple of minutes or several weeks, in extreme cases even years."
