Tuomas A. Laitinen will take part in the group exhibition In Other Worlds. Kunst aus Finnland., held at Stadtgalerie Kiel in Germany. The exhibition opens on Friday 28th November. In Other Worlds. Kunst aus Finnland. showcases works from 8 Finnish contemporary artists. The exhibition has been curated in cooperation with Bonn based curator Ritva Röminger-Czako.
The project is part of Finnland. Cool. satellite programme of the Frankfurt Book Fair. This programme presents contemporary Finnish art outside of Frankfurt during and after the international book fair. The programme, coordinated by the Finnish Institute in Germany, continues with various projects until Spring 2015 in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The exhibition artists are Lauri Astala, Ilkka Halso, Kaarina Kaikkonen, Tuomas A. Laitinen, Robert Lucander, Susanna Majuri, Ari Saarto and Anna Tuori.
The exhibition is open 28.11.2014–8.2.2015
