PhD Maria Hirvi-Ijäs, art critic and researcher on contemporary art, has written a publication called 22 Ways – On Artistic Thinking in Finnish Contemporary Art. The publication gathers different ways to think and work  as a Finnish contemporary artist. She has interviewed 22 artists or artist duos in order to present each of them in an enlightening and illustrated article. Hannaleena Heiska, Sanna Kannisto, Hans Rosenström and Pilvi Takala are among the interviewed artists.
