Pilvi Takala: Workers Forum (2015)

Pilvi Takala participates in a group exhibition at Pi Artworks London. The exhibition What’s the Riddle is the first of five exhibitions that make up Pi Artworks London’s Curatorial Season that runs from October 2016 ­­– July 2017.

What’s the Riddle brings together artworks that return to fundamental formal questions of artistic work and its system in their alternative conseption of time. Pilvi Takala was working for a service in the United States where users pay for a pretend girlfriend to text them. In Workers Forum Pilvi Takala deals with how human relationships cannot work without their fictions.

The exhibition is open 5 October – 5 November 2016.
