Pekka Jylhä takes part in group exhibition titled Le vol en provenance d’Helsinki, held at Le 19, Centre régional d’art contemporain de Montbéliard in Montbéliard, France. The exhibition showcases works from a group of 14 Finnish contemporary artists. The exhibition includes photographic works, painting, video and installations.
In the exhibition, Pekka Jylhä will exhibit three of his sculptures and installations. Other exhibiting artists in Le vol en provenance d’Helsinki are Stig Baumgartner, Elina Brotherus, Terhi Heino, Petri Hytönen, Marika Kaarna, Kaarina Kaikkonen, Aino Kannisto, Sandra Kantanen, Ola Kolehmainen, Antti Laitinen, Tiina Mielonen, Mikko Paakkola and Julia Weckman. The exhibition has been curated by Philippe Cyroulnik.
The exhibition is open 6.12.2014–7.2.2015. The exhibition opening is held on the 5th of December at 6.30 PM.
