Yesterday the portrait of Hannu Penttilä, ex Deputy Mayor of the City of Helsinki, was revealed at the City Hall. The first portrait to be a video in the collection of Helsinki’s Deputy Mayors, was made by Liisa Lounila. It will be placed next to the meeting space for the City Board, where the whole collection is on display.
