Heli Rekula participates at a group exhibition at FN15 — Foto Noviembre 2015 biennial in Tenerife, Spain, along with nine other Finnish artists: Elina Brotherus, Marja Helander, Aino Kannisto, Marko Karo, Antti Laitinen, Erica Nyholm, Harri Pälviranta, Kari Soinio and Iiu Susiraja. The exhibition Gestos hacia uno mismo / Gestures towards the self features photography and video works discussing the themes of self-portraiture through fundamental questions about its ethical issues, objectivity and documentary possibilities.

The exhibition is curated by photographer Harri Pälviranta and will be open 7th Nov 2015—22nd Feb 2016.
