Helsinki Contemporary is happy to host Joonas Leppänen's Alder Ego quartet on Saturday 9.12. at 5:30 pm, as part of the We Jazz 2017 programme.
"Drummer Joonas Leppänen is known from many a wonderful ensemble. Here, he presents a new group, Alder Ego. They released a superb album in early 2017, and their music is quite free but still swings like a mofo. This quartet lets the music breathe and, on the other hand, fill up the space."
